Returns and Refund

Giving you 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. We understand sometimes the items might not be what you expected, No worries! If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately.  We will solve your concern about the purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please email service@theiuga.com within 45 days of receipt and include your order number and reason for return. We will contact you with further instructions to resolve the issue.

Please note the following to our return and exchange policy:

  • We will gladly accept return orders within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund.
  • The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customers. The cost depends on the logistics company you choose.
  • The item you purchased has not been used, worn, or washed.
  • Returned& exchange items must be in the original packaging.

If you receive any defective, incorrect or missing items, please email us at service@theiuga.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the product 
  • Complete address


Cancel the order: The orders that have been shipped out can not be canceled directly. You can contact service@theiuga.com to return the parcel after you receive the parcel.

Refunds and Processing Times

You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return's arrival at our Online Division.The refund process will take 3-7 business days.  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Note for taxes:

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules. The United States does not charge any tariffs, please rest assured.
